Return policy
1) Returns - SH Home & Garden
Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. To return an item purchased from our online store, you must request it by emailing tienda@sallyhambleton.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you feel it's necessary to help us continue improving.
Important note: In the event of damage to one or all of the items received, the customer has a maximum of 24 hours to request a return. If you have received any broken or defective products, please send photos of the damaged item(s) to tienda@sallyhambleton.com within those 24 hours.
Until we receive the item in our store, it remains your responsibility. We recommend sending the item to us via courier or registered mail and keeping the proof of shipment. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
2) Returns – Perishable products (flowers and plants)
Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. To return any perishable product (flowers or plants), the customer must request it via email to tienda@sallyhambleton.com within 24 business hours of receiving the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you feel it is necessary to help us continue improving.

3) Returns - flower workshops
Anyone attending a floral demonstration or workshop who is unable to attend on the date for which they purchased their ticket can cancel their attendance or reschedule for a later date, if space is available, with two weeks' notice . To do so, please email tienda@sallyhambleton.com . After this time, no date change or refund will be issued; however, tickets can be exchanged for any item in our shop.
On the other hand, if the minimum attendance of 4 people is not reached, any of the workshops will be cancelled , and the amount paid will be refunded to each attendee.
4) Returns - Christmas items
Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. To return an item purchased from our online store, you must request it by emailing tienda@sallyhambleton.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you feel it's necessary to help us continue improving.
In case of return, all Christmas products can be returned until December 23rd. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
