How can I pay?

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal and Bizum.

Do you deliver outside of Madrid city limits?

We deliver almost all SH HOME & GARDEN home decor products throughout Europe. Seasonally, we also ship our selection of fresh flowers throughout the Iberian Peninsula, except during the summer. All our products that include fresh flowers or plants are only shipped within the Community of Madrid.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery to Madrid city center as long as the order is placed before 4:30 pm. At checkout, you'll find a drop-down menu allowing you to select your preferred delivery date and time slot.

Is the delivery time guaranteed?

We guarantee that the order will be delivered within the chosen time slot for all our products with flowers or plants.

For SH HOME & GARDEN products, we use the courier service MRW, with a delivery time between 24 and 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Can I pick it up in store?

Sure. You can pick up any of our products for free at our store at Calle Gabriel Lobo 10, Madrid by selecting the date and time at checkout.
