XIMENA MAIER - “Flower Brick” Delft style - S mod VII

In our personal quest to increase the mix of Spanish products at SH, following a visit to Extremadura, my friend Matilde, who knows everything about Spanish crafts, told me about a small artisan chocolate factory in Zaragoza that could personalize the chocolate for us exactly as we wanted. We're very particular about chocolate at home, and we don't like any of the brands. We asked them for some samples and… we were blown away. And here's the result: eight ounces of dark chocolate with 75% cocoa (4 pieces - 12g each) and others with cocoa and orange (4 pieces - 12g each), each individually wrapped in a replica of our office wallpaper. We hope you like it as much as we do. It's the perfect complement to flowers.

Ingredients:

12g each unit.

75% dark chocolate : Cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla essence, 75% cocoa. May contain traces of nuts and/or milk.

Chocolate cocoa (52%) and orange : Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, candied orange peel (12%) (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, sugar, acid (citric acid E-330), preservatives (potassium sorbate E-202, sodium metabisulfite E-223)), emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavoring (vanilla and orange). Contains sulfites. May contain traces of nuts and/or milk.
